Appwibe provides digital services including website development, application development, UI/UX design, and other custom digital solutions. These services are customized based on client requirements.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, all payments made are non-refundable once:

  • The project has been initiated
  • Resources have been allocated
  • Work has commenced

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the project starts. Once the project has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment charged due to technical error

All such cases will be reviewed and verified before approval.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Payment Gateway

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. Appwibe does not store any sensitive payment information like card details, UPI credentials, or banking data.
