3. Lead Forms & Advertisements
By submitting your information through our website forms, Meta Lead Ads, or WhatsApp Ads, you consent to being contacted by Appwibe for service-related communication.
We do not guarantee conversions, revenue, or business results from any service or consultation.
4. Payments & Billing
Pricing and payment terms are shared before the commencement of any project. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
- Advance payments are non-refundable
- Delays in payment may impact project timelines
- Payments for our services are processed through secure third-party payment gateways including Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway provider.
- Appwibe does not store any sensitive payment information such as debit/credit card details, UPI credentials, or banking information. All such data is handled securely by the payment gateway.
- Transactions may be subject to authorization, verification, and approval by banks or payment providers. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by such entities.
Payment Gateway & Security
We use trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay to process payments securely. All transactions are encrypted and comply with industry security standards.
Appwibe does not collect or store any sensitive financial information such as credit/debit card details, net banking credentials, or UPI data. This information is directly handled by the payment gateway provider.
In case of payment failure, transaction errors, or delays, users are advised to contact their respective bank or payment service provider.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, graphics, and materials are the intellectual property of Appwibe unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, project deliverables may be transferred to the client as per agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, and timely feedback. Delays from the client side may affect delivery schedules.

Appwibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
